Bug Reporter crashes when the user has no internet connection and enters a valid Title

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have no internet connection
2. Open the Bug Reporter
3. Type anything into the Title

Actual results: Bug Reporter crashes

Expected results: Search results aren't updated, Bug Reporter doesn't crash

Reproducible with versions: BR 4.0.0.116 (6000.2.0a5, 6000.1.0b8)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11
