HelpBox visuals in the "Localization" settings window are not aligned with the latest style guide

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Go to the Package Manager window and install the "Localization" package
3. Go to the Edit -> Settings -> Localization
4. Observe the help box displayed in the window

Actual results: The icon in the help box is too big

Expected results: The icon and all the help box section should be updated to the latest UI designs

Reproducible with versions: 1.5.9 (6000.5.0a4)

Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.1
