Some properties cannot be dragged to the Output category of Subgraph operator

Steps to reproduce:

Open the attached VFX
Open blackboard
Try to drag'n'drop the first property in the list (New Animation Curve) to Output category

Actual result: Property cannot be dragged

Note: If you would try dragging the last (New Arc Sphere 1) property to the Output category it would work

Reproducible with versions: 6000.2.0a10, 6000.1.0f1

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.047f1, 2022.3.61f1
