Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any HDRP project
2. Create Decal projector or Local volumetric fog
3. Unselect them in scene view

Actual results: They don't have icons

Expected results: They should have their icons

Reproducible with versions: 6000.4 / 6000.3

Not reproducible with versions: 6000..5

Notes:

• Adding back icon: {fileID: 2800000, guid: b057b73ec5a603e4aa80ccf4b34db0d3, type: 3} on the DecalProjector.cs.meta file fixes it.
