Scroll down problems occur and the "Apply" button cannot be pressed when the "Advanced" tab is expanded

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-96036“ project
2. Select the "PSB_Star" item in the Project window to open the PSD Importer Inspector window
3. Expand the "Advanced" tab
4. Make any changes and try to press the "Apply" button

Expected result: The "Apply" button can be pressed and applies changes
Actual result: The scroll bar vibrates and/or the "Apply" button cannot be pressed

Reproducible with: 8.0.5 (2022.3.55f1), 9.0.3 (6000.0.33f1), 10.0.0 (6000.1.0b1)

Reproducible on: Windows 11 (24H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
