Inspector: At the bottom of the Inspector tab, part of the "Panel Event Handler" info is displayed as in the background

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a 3D project
2. Add 3D Object -> Cube
3. Go to the "Inspector" tab and click "Add Component"
4. Type "Panel" into the displayed search field
5. Select the "Panel Event Handler (UI Toolkit)" component
6. Verify, that component becomes added
7. Observe The "Inspector" tab

 

Expected result: Component should be added with all the data. No other confusing info should be visible in the background. 

Actual result: Component is added but at the same time some info becomes visible below. It is not unclear - should it be visible or not, because it is like in the background. Added video and screenshot in the "Attachments" section.

 

Reproducible with: 2021.3.0f1, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.16f1, 2023.1.0b13, 2023.2.0a12.

Not reproducible with: - 

Cannot test with: 2020.3.46f1 (such component doesn't exist).
