Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "CrashRepro"

Expected result: Project opens
Actual result: Fatal error window appears and Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a15, 2022.3.11f1, 2023.1.17f1, 2023.2.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.2.0a14, 2023.3.0a10
Fixed in: 2023.2.0a17

Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
