How to reproduce:

Create a new project using VR template
Connect Meta Quest headset to the computer via Link cable
In the Quest headset, enable Meta Quest Link
Once connected, disconnect from Link using the Quest menu
While Unity Editor remains open, attempt to reconnect Meta Quest Link
Observe the connection status in the Quest headset

Actual result: Meta Quest Link does not reconnect
Expected result: Meta Quest Link reconnects

Reproducible with: 1.10.0 (6000.0.2f1), 1.17.0-pre.2 (6000.0.72f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0b2, 6000.6.0a2)

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Reproducible on devices:
Oculus Quest 2 (Quest 2), CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno 650

Workarounds:

Use Air Link (increased latency, requires reliable Wi-Fi)
Restart Unity Editor on reconnection
Restart Meta Quest Link (Settings > Developer > Force Crash Meta Horizon Link Service)
