Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Animation Samples from 2D Animation package
2. Open up "2 Part Swap" scene under "4 Sprite Swap" directory in the samples
3. In the scene editor, drag the "arm_l_ solver_Target" IKTarget around the joint slowly
Actual results: At certain narrow angles, it can be observed that the entire IK Rig flips
Expected results: It should not flip at all angles
Reproducible with versions: 2D Animation 9.1.0
