How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-99130” project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Go to “Window > General > Test Runner > Edit Mode > Run All“
4. Select the “TestDefaultCameraVariables“ in the “My project (6) (1 tests)“ tab
5. Observe the test results in the Test Runner window

Expected result: m_MainCamera.clearFlags is set to SolidColor
Actual result: m_MainCamera.clearFlags is set to Skybox

Reproducible with: 1.4.0 (2022.3.61f1), 2.0.1-pre.18 (6000.0.46f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a9)
Not reproducible with: 1.3.9 (2022.3.61f1)

Reproducible on: MacOS 15.3 (M4), Windows 11 (by user)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Note: The Clear Flags property returns “SolidColor” in PlayMode tests
