The built-in URP shaders Lit, Complex Lit and the Simple Lit are not rendered when built on Android devices with an Adreno 300 series GPUs

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “things not visible“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Build and Run for Android
4. Observe the Application

Expected result: All four cubes are rendered
Actual result: Only one cube (light blue) is rendered

Reproducible with: 2022.3.11f1, 2022.3.53f1, 6000.0.28f1, 6000.1.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.2.0a15
Could not test with: 2022.2.0a16, 2022.2.0b16, 2022.2.6f1, 2022.2.27f1, 2022.3.10f1 (The APK is visually corrupted)

Notes:

• Reproducible with both Vulkan and OpenGLES3 Graphics API
• Affects Lit, Simple Lit, a material created with a Shader Graph with Material property set to Lit and Complex Lit built-it shader materials
• Seems to only reproduce with the Adreno 300 series - oxili GPUs from what we could test
• There is an issue with built-in shaders that corrupt the application visually so couldn’t test a lot of 2022.1 and 2022.2 stream versions, a screenshot of the corruption can be seen in the comments
• Not reproducible on the Editor and the Standalone
