NullReferenceException and ArgumentException appear in the Console when reopening a scene with UI Toolkit animation transition

Reproduction steps:

1. Open the user's attached project
2. Enter Play mode
3. While animation is still playing open Assets > Scenes > SampleScene

Expected result: Scene reloaded
Actual result: NullReferenceException and ArgumentException error messages in the Console

Reproduced with: 2022.2.0b6
Not reproduced with: 2023.1.0a1, 2023.1.0a8
Could not test with: 2020.3.37f1 (Issue with UI Toolkit), 2021.3.9f1, 2022.1.14f1 (Script can’t be loaded)
