Crash on GetEffectiveBc7TextureCompressor() when loading and unloading all Assets in the Project

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the “user’s attached project”
2. Click on “Tools/Iterate All Assets“ through the Main Menu
3. Observe the crash

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.38f1, 6000.1.0.b5, 6000.2.0a3
Couldn’t test with versions: 2022.3.58f1 (due to compiler errors)

Reproducible on: macOS 15.1.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
