Changing Shader Graph name causes icon size issue in shader graph window tab

1. Create  a project (Universal 2D)
2. Go to the "Project" window
3. Click "Create" -> Shader Graph -> Blank Shader Graph
4. Verify that it is created
5. Select it, double-click it, and verify that the "New Shader Graph" window opens
6. Verify that the window tab has an icon and a title
7. Return to the "Project" window and select the shader graph
8. Right-click and select "Rename"
9. Enter this string "TestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTest"
10. Verify the shader graph window tab again

Actual results: The icon has changed. It has shrunk.

Expected results: The icon should stay the same.
