Fix swirl filter demo code sample

The swirl shader has two bugs.

1. The blend mode should be Blend One Zero because we don't need to blend with the RT background which is always black.
2. The SwirlfFilterFunction.asset is not a Filter Function Definition asset for some reason and must re-created.
