How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “bug-android-networkinterface” project
2. Build and Run the “SampleScene” Scene on Android
3. Click the “NetworkInterface”-labeled button
4. Search for “@@@” pattern in Android logcat
Expected result: For the most network interfaces “OpStatus” value isn’t “Unknown”
Actual result: “OpStatus” value for all network interfaces is “Unknown”
