Frame origin does the same as frame all

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any graph with some nodes
2. Press 'A' to frame all
3. Press 'O' to frame origin

Actual results: The canvas zoom level and position remains the same when pressing 'O'

Expected results: The canvas zoom level and position are different when pressing 'O' compared to when pressing 'A'
