How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “Rectangle.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene (Assets > Scenes > SampleScene)
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Open the “Device Simulator” window
5. Select the “Apple iPad Air 2” simulator, press the “Safe Area” button, and rotate the device
6. Observe the Safe Area rectangle and the Console window
Expected result: Safe Area rectangle covers all of the Safe Area, and the Safe Area stays the same (2048x1536) or (1536x2048)
Actual result: Safe Area rectangle is not covering all of the Safe Area and Safe Area changes (1536x2048) and (1536x2008) or (2048x1536) and (2048x1496) depending on the rotation of the device

Could not test with: 2020.3.46f1 (Errors after installing Device Simulator)
