How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project using VR Template
2. While the project is loading observe the crash

Reproducible with: 2022.3.6f1, 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.7f1, 2023.1.8f1, 2023.2.0b5
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.5f1, 2023.1.6f1

Reproduced on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: Macbook Pro Ventura 13.4.4 (Apple M1 Chip)
