Template title in Shader Graph breaks layout when too long

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create  a project (Universal 2D)
2. Go to the "Project" window
3. Click "Create" -> Shader Graph -> Blank Shader Graph
4. Select it and double-click
5. Go to the "Inspector" tab and select "Use As Template"
6. Expand the "Template" section
7. Enter the long template name
8. Save it
9. Click "Create" -> Shader Graph -> From Template...
10. Select the newly created template
11. Observe how the template name is displayed

Actual results: Long template name is not truncated and goes out of the section

Expected results: The long template name should be truncated or displayed in several lines.

Reproducible with versions:  17.3.0(6000.3.0a2)

Not reproducible with versions: 17.3.0(6000.3.0a1) as templates feature landed only in 000.3.0a2
