Window refresh doesn't fully work using contextual menu search

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a 2D/3D URP project
2. Add any object in the "Hierarchy" window
3. Select it and make a right-click
4. In the contextual menu search input field enter "aa"
5. Observe the window
6. Add an additional "a" to the search
7. And again observe the window

Expected Result: Window size always should be adjusted to the results list.

Actual Result: The window stays big/high after step 4 even it is empty. Added screenshots and video in the "Attachments" section.

Not Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a14, 2023.1.0b20, 2022.3.2f1, 2021.3.27f1
