Rig builder prevets GameObject movement when two animations are playing at once

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “IN_17587”
2. Open “OutdoorScene” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Move around with “A”, ”W”, ”S”, ”D” keys and press the “Space” key while moving
5. Observe the “cha@HumanBody_c” GameObject in the Game View

Expected result: Object doesn’t stop when space is pressed and animation is played
Actual result: Object stops when space is pressed and animation is played
