XR Multipass calls BeginCameraRendering and EndCameraRendering for each pass of the same camera

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Have a HDRP Project with Mock HMD

2. Create an script that subscribes to BeginCameraRendering and EndCameraRendering.

3. Enter playmode

4. See that the callback is raised 1 time for each pass instead of 1 per camera.
