Thank you for reporting this issue. It has been fixed for 2021.3 LTS.
How to reproduce:
1. Open a new Unity project
2. Open the “Unity → Shortcuts” window in the menu
3. Set a shortcut for the “Scene View → Render Mode/Shaded” command
4. Press the shortcut key while focused on the Scene view
Expected result: “Shading Mode” gets set to “Shaded”
Actual result: “Shading Mode” isn’t changed and “InvalidOperationException: Sequence contains no matching element” is thrown in the Console log
Reproducible with: 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.17f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.0a1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a11
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.40f1 (command shortcut isn’t available)
Reproduced on: macOS 12.5 (Intel), Windows 10
