How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-83426“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. In the Game screen, observe the Non Streamed Memory and Loaded Texture Memory values
5. Change the Global Texture Mipmap Limit value from 0 to 1 and press Enter
6. Observe the Non Streamed Memory and Loaded Texture Memory values again
Expected result: Non Streamed Memory and Loaded Texture Memory values decrease
Actual result: Only the Loaded Texture Memory value decreases, Non Streamed Memory value stays unchanged
Reproducible with: 2022.3.45f1, 6000.0.18f1
Could not test with: 2021.3.43f1 (Compilation error: 'QualitySettings' does not contain a definition for 'globalTextureMipmapLimit')
