Editor freezes and crashes when creating a large amount of tiles

2022.1 has reached end of life so the issue will be fixed in a newer version.

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the users attached project
2. Open Scenes/SampleScene
3. Enter the Play Mode

Expected result: Play Mode is started
Actual result: Editor freezes and crashes after a while

Reproducible with: 2021.2.12f1, 2022.1.0b7, 2022.2.0a4
Could not test with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.29f1 ( could not downgrade the Project )
