"Warning CS8032: An instance of analyzer Unity.Properties.SourceGenerator.PropertyBagGenerator cannot be created" is thrown when using Visual Studio 2022

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “My Project.zip” project
2. Open Edit > Preferences > External Tools
3. Set External Script Editor to Microsoft Visual Studio 2022
4. In the Project window, double-click the script to open it in Visual Studio
5. Inside Visual Studio, observe the Error list

Expected results: No warnings are thrown
Actual results: A CS8032 warning is thrown

Reproducible with: 2022.3.25f1, 2022.3.29f1, 6000.0.3f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.24f1

Reproducible on: Unknown Windows version (6.2.9200) 64bit (by reporter), Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
