Crash on GfxDeviceD3D12Base::UpdateComputeResources when in Play mode

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "CrashRepro"
2. Enter the Play mode
3. Move the game view camera

Expected result: Play mode continues
Actual result: Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 2022.3.38f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.39f1, 6000.0.13f1
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.42f1 (package errors)

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Note: Crashes about 10% of the time, step 3 is optional but seems to increase the reproduction rate
