Division line in "Project Settings" window moves during its docking

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open or create a project
2. Go to the "Project Settings" window
3. Dock it next to the "Game" window

Or

1. Open or create a project
2. Go to the "Project Settings" window
3. Dock it next to the "Game" window
4. And after just move the tab that it would be between the "Game" and "Scene"

Actual results: Added a screenshot and short recording below in the "Attachments" section.

Expected results: The division line shouldn't move.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0a2, 6000.1.0b3.

Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.55f1, 6000.0.23f1, 6000.0.35f1.

Can’t test with versions: -

Tested on (OS): Apple M1 Max - Sequoia 15.1.1
