Editor crashes when opening Project Auditor window of 3rd party jillejr.newtonsoft.json-for-unity.converters package

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open Window > Analysis > Project Auditor

Expected result: The Project Auditor window opens
Actual result: Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 2022.3.58f1, 6000.0.39f1, 6000.1.0b7, 6000.2.0a4

Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
