The header is shown multiple times when variables are separated by a comma

Reproduction steps:

1. Open the attached project (“header.zip“)
2. Select scene “SampleScene”
3. Select GameObject called “Main Camera”
4. In the inspector select “New Behaviour Script” component
5. Observe displayed headers

Expected result: Only one header is displayed
Actual result: Two same headers are displayed

Reproducible with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.5f1 ,2022.1.7f1 ,2022.2.0a18, 2023.1.0a2
