1. Open the attached “IN-115159_ShaderGraphBug.zip“ project
2. Open "Assets/Scenes/DecalShaderGraphBug.unity"
3. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: A plane with a static pink decal is shown
Actual result: The decal is blinking pink and black
