Silent crash when the Player is left idle for a long period

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Test2022URPMemory” user’s project
2. Build and run the Player (File > Build And Run)
3. Leave the Player open on the device for a minimum of 1 hour

Expected result: The Player is still open
Actual result: The Player silently crashes at a random time

Reproducible with: 2022.3.15f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0a18
Could not test with: 2021.3.33f1 (Could not bypass multiple compilation errors from the Entities and the Collections packages)

Reproducible environment: macOS Sonoma 14.1.2 (Intel), Windows 10 (user’s)
Not reproducible environment: No other environment tested

Notes

• If the device is at any time connected to the Unity Profiler the reproduction does not occur
• The user reported that clearing the Entities library prevents the issue
• The user reported that the probability of encountering this problem decreases when several RenderFeatures are removed
• The user reported that the issue happens in both the release and the development builds
• The user reported that before crashing the Player had extremely high memory usage
• The issue does not always reproduce
• With the 2023.2.4f1, and 2023.3.0a18 versions reproduction for the Google Pixel 4 occurs within ±10 minutes
• Not reproducible with the macOS Standalone platform
• Could not test with iOS platform (Multiple errors in UnityPurchasing.m)
