Canceling this port since currently 2020.1 is not supported anymore, and there is another port to track it for 2020.3 which is the supported version.
19.3 is not supported anymore
To reproduce:
1. Open up 'SkinWeightsBugRepro.zip' attached project
2. Enter Game view and then Pause it
3. In Hierarchy search for 'jnt_RightArm' and select it
4. Rotate the bones
Expected result: Skinned mesh updates, arm when rotated also moves its connected parts just as in Scene view
Actual result: Skinned mesh doesn't update, only selected arm part rotates
Reproduced in: 2019.3.12f1, 2020.1.0b7, 2020.2.0a9
Could not test with: 2018.4.22f1 due to various Console errors that arose during project downgrade
