Built-in deprecation warning under the Graphics section is confusing, it is shown even when the RPAsset is assigned in the Quality section

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download attached project and open in Unity.
2. Open the Graphics section: Project Settings >> Graphics.
3. Observe the warning under the Default Render Field:
   1. If you don't assign a render pipeline asset in your project, Unity uses the Built-In Render Pipeline which is deprecated. Migrate your project to the Universal Render Pipeline instead.

Actual results: Warning under the Default Render Pipeline section is confusing.

Expected results: This warning in this particular place should be changed/ removed. Default Render Pipeline field under the Graphics section is a fallback option, in case the Render Pipeline Asset is not assigned under the Quality section. This might potentially confuse the user that the project is using Built-In RP if the user does not assign the RPAsset under the Graphics section. The warning is shown under the Graphics section, even if the RPAsset is assigned in the Quality section.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0b8; 6000.6.0a6

Can’t test with versions: The deprecation warnings were introduced since 6000.5
