Mouse position and mouse click input not recognized when rebinding is active

How to reproduce:
1. Open the project "IN_22606"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Press "Start"
4. Press "Cancel" or uncheck the check

Expected result: mouse click is recognized
Actual result: mouse click not recognised

Notes:

• not reproducible if "Suppress Matching Events" is checked in Play Mode
• also reproducible in Player
