Tooltip Label for Shader Graph's Zoom Step Size preferences property is missing

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a URP 3D Template project
2. Open the Preferences window
3. Select the Shader Graph tab
4. Hover the mouse cursor over the Zoom Step Size property label

Actual results: Tooltip Label for the Default Zoom Step size is not shown

Expected results: Tooltip Label for the Default Zoom Step size is shown

Reproducible with versions: 6000.4.0b11, 6000.4.4f1, 6000.5.0a8, 6000.5.0b5, 6000.6.0a3

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.73f1, 6000.3.14f1, 6000.4.0b10, 6000.5.0a1, 6000.5.0a7

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.4.1

Notes:

• Other SG preferences tooltips are not affected
