How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “psd_importer.zip” project
2. Select “Fei_PSB” Sprite Atlas inside “Fei_PSB.psb” (Assets > Textures)
3. In the Inspector window, observe the Sprite Atlas and its compression
Expected result: “Fei_PSB” Sprite Atlas is square, and PVRTC compressed
Actual result: “Fei_PSB” Sprite Atlas is not square and not PVRTC compressed
Reproducible with: 6.0.7 (2021.3.28f1), 8.0.2 (2022.3.5f1), 9.0.0 (2023.1.4f1, 2023.2.0a23)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.4.1 (Intel)
