UI Builder Library sections dropdowns are not working

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a new UI Document (Create > UI Toolkit > UI Document) and open it
3. Enable Tree View on Library menu
4. Press the triangle of the Containers or any other Library section and observe

Actual results: Triangle is not facing downwards before pressing it and it needs to be pressed two times for the list to become hidden
Expected results: Triangle is facing downwards before pressing it and after pressing it the list becomes hidden

Reproducible with versions:2023.3.0a15, 6000.0.32f1, 6000.1.0b1
Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.47f1, 2022.3.55f1, 2023.3.0a14

Tested on (OS): macOS Sequoia 15.1 (Intel)
