Tutorials are not clickable and show a “PARSE ERROR” tooltip when a new project is created using the Tutorial Framework

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the VR template
2. Observe the Tutorials window

Actual results: Tutorials are not clickable and show a “PARSE ERROR” tooltip

Expected results: Tutorials are interactable and no errors are thrown

Reproducible with versions: 6.0.0 (6000.0.81f1, 6000.3.21f1, 6000.5.7f1, 6000.6.0a1, 6000.7.0a1), 6.0.6 (6000.0.81f1, 6000.3.21f1, 6000.5.7f1, 6000.6.0b7, 6000.7.0a4)

Not reproducible with versions: 5.0.4 (6000.0.81f1, 6000.3.21f1, 6000.5.7f1, 6000.6.0a1, 6000.7.0a1)

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3
