Tutorials are not clickable and show a “PARSE ERROR” tooltip when a new project is created using the VR template

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the VR template
2. Observe the Tutorials window

Actual results: Tutorials are not clickable and show a “PARSE ERROR” tooltip

Expected results: Tutorials are interactable and no errors are thrown

Reproducible with versions: 9.2.3 (6000.6.0a5)

Not reproducible with versions: 9.2.3 (6000.0.75f1, 6000.3.15f1, 6000.4.7f1, 6000.5.0b8)

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3
