Color picker preview is not updating after moving cursor over the the OS menu bar while using Eyedropper tool

Steps:

1. Create a new project
2. In the Hierarchy select "Main Camera"
3. In the Inspector select the "Background" color slot
4. In the Color window select the Color Eyedropper tool and move the cursor over the Unity logo in the menu bar
5. Try moving the cursor within the Editor

Expected result: Preview gets updated
Actual result: Preview gets stuck, unable to sample the color

Not reproducible with devices:
