Duplicate function in VFX blackboard works with Ctrl+D but not with Cmd+D

How to reproduce:

1. Open HUB;
2. Create 3D(HDRP) project;
3. Create visual effect graph in the "Project" window  (Create->Visual Effects-> Visual Effect Graph);
4. Double click on it
5. Go to "Inspector" tab and click "Open" button;
6. In the opened graph window turn on "Blackboard";
7. Click "+" and add category to the list;
8. Hover on newly added category item and click right mouse button;
9. Observe that "Duplicate" function with shortcut "Cmd+D" is displayed in the list (screenshot added in the "Attachments" section);
10. Try to duplicate category with "Cmd+D"

 

Expected result: Category should be duplicated.
Actual result: Nothing happens.

Note: Duplication works with other combination "Ctrl+D".

Reproducible with: 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.9f1, 2023.1.0b7, 2023.2.0a5.

Not reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1 - "Duplicate" function not available in this stream.

Tested on MacOS Monterey, Version 12.6.2
