How to reproduce:
1. Open the project “IN-102544_JitterTAA”
2. Move the Game View Tab to another screen
3. Click on the Game View or move the mouse on the little Camera in the Scene View
4. Observe the Game View
Expected result: No jitter/shake is present
Actual result: The GameObjects jitter/shake

Notes:
Recommended to move the Game View to a screen with Higher resolution than the screen with the Editor/Scene open
The Main Camera → Rendering → Anti-aliasing is set to Temporal Anti-aliasing enabled
The PC_RPAsset → Quality → Upscaling Filter is set to Spatial-Temporal Post-Processing
TAA is officially supported from the 15.2+ URP versions [What's new in URP 15 (Unity 2023.1) | Universal RP | 15.0.7|https://docs.unity3d.com/Packages/com.unity.render-pipelines.universal%4015.0/manual/whats-new/urp-whats-new.html?utm_source=chatgpt.com]
