Most of the Scene View's Tool indicators are at an incorrect position when comparing to the Child GameObject's transform position values

Reproduction steps:

1. Open the attached project
2. Select the “Platform” GameObject located under (TestLevelScene > Room4 > PlatformPath) in the Hierarchy window
3. Select any of the tools other than the Rect Tool and the View Tool in the Scene View’s Tool toolbar overlay
4. Observe the selected Tool’s indicator in the Scene View
5. Select the Rect Tool in the Scene View’s Tool toolbar overlay
6. Observe the Rect Tool’s indicator in the Scene View

Expected result: All of the Scene View Tools indicators are in the correct position
Actual result: All of the Scene View Tools, except the Rect Tool, have their indicators at an incorrect position
