Extra empty space appear in Project Settings > Scene Template Types scroll list when scrolled right

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Open Project Settings window
3. Select “Scene Template”
4. Press “Add type…”
5. Scroll down the list to the right side
6. Observe the list

Actual results: Empty space appears when scrolling to the right side in the list
Expected results: Should not be able to scroll to the right in the scroll list

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.12f1, 6000.2.0b10, 6000.3.0a2

Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon, Sequoia 15.5 (M1)
