How to reproduce:

1. Open the Project "IN-69568_BugScriptableWizardSerializedDataModeController"
2. Open the “SampleScene” scene
3. Navigate to BUG in menu bar → Create Light Wizard
4. Observe the “Create Light” window

Expected result: Information about Serialized Data Mode Controller is hidden
Actual result: Information about Serialized Data Mode Controller is shown
