HelpBox visuals in the "Package Manager" details window are not aligned with the latest style guide

Steps to reproduce:

Create a project
Go to "Window" -> "Package Management" -> "Package Manager"
Select "Unity Registry"
Find an "Entitlement package" (examples: SensorSDK, SystemGraph, or some package from Digital Twins group)
Select it
Observe the displayed help box in the package details window

Actual results: The icon is too big

Expected results: The icon should be adjusted to new designs, and the section size should be checked

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a2

Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.1
