A Ray Tracing Shader "PathTracingMain" error occurs when Path Tracing is enabled in Sky and Fog Volume

How to reproduce:
1. Open the provided “PathTracing.zip” Project
2. Open “OutdoorsScene”
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the Console window

Expected result: No errors appear in the Console window
Actual result: Console displays an “Please fix all the compilation errors for Ray Tracing Shader "PathTracingMain"!” error

Reproducible in: 2023.3.0b2, 6000.0.9f1
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.38f1, 2023.3.0b1
Fixed in: 6000.0.10f1

Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Notes:

• the error only reliably appears the first time “Play” is pressed after opening the project in some versions
