Shortcuts search bar input display is not consistent with the same inputs

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any project.
2. Open Shortcuts window. (Unity > Shortcuts on MacOS)
3. Click on the magnifying glass in the search bar above the shortcuts, set search option to "Shortcuts"
4. Focus the search bar, then enter "⌥." (Alt/Options + .) Repeat this step.

Actual results: The search bar input alternates between "⌥." and "≥"

Expected results: Search bar displays "⌥."

• Focus the search bar, then enter "⇧K". Repeat this step.

Actual results: The search bar input alternates between "⇧K" and "K"

Expected results: Search bar displays "⇧K".

• Focus the search bar, then enter "k". Repeat this step.

Actual results: The search bar input alternates between "K" and "k"

Expected results: If shortcuts aren't case sensitive, then maybe should always be "K". I don't know what is expected here, but the search input display should be consistent with the same input.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.6f1, 2022.3.33f1, 2021.3.38f1
